The software underneath
My Home Planner 3D is built on the Pascal Editor, open-source software under the MIT licence, copyright Pascal Group Inc. That licence covers the original software, not this service, which is operated by us and not by Pascal Group Inc.
Catalog furniture and materials are openly licensed or authored by us, with a provenance record for every item.
The service is provided as is — within the limits the law sets
We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee it is always reachable or free of error. Measurements, areas and cost estimates are approximations and are not a substitute for an architect or engineer; do not rely on them alone for building work or a purchase decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the statutory guarantee of conformity under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021, nor our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We close an account only for breach of these terms, and we tell you by email unless the law prevents it.
Disputes
Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to any more favourable rules of the country where you live.
As a consumer you may refer a dispute to a consumer arbitration centre. Ours is: [POR PREENCHER: competent arbitration centre — CNIACC or your regional centre].
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email with reasonable notice. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
